Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with all the shipping details, including a tracking number. We can also ship our packages to Africa, Asia, and Oceania, but please note that shipping and customs fees will apply.

Here is an approximate delivery timeline based on your region:

• Eastern Canada: 2 to 5 days
• Western Canada: 7 to 10 days
• Eastern United States: 2 to 5 days
• Western United States: 7 to 10 days
• Europe: 10 to 15 days

Due to our artisanal approach and rigorous quality checks before shipping, please allow a crafting time of 2 to 4 weeks for your jewelry.

For custom jewelry, you can generally expect to receive it within 2 to 4 weeks after approving the design. However, the precise timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your design and the availability of diamonds and/or gemstones in the market.
