RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you receive the item from the customer, the product will go through a quality inspection by one of our quality leads. As soon as the quality is approved, we will start the process of refunding the customer.

Returns take about a week to reach us, and once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

WARRANTY

All of our products are produced with the highest level of detail and quality. We offer a free, 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Proud Diamond jewelry. An example of a manufacturing defect would be a broken clasp, chain detachment from a jump ring, or loose diamonds and prongs. General wear and tear, scratches, stretched chains/rings, or jewelry damaged by improper use, cleaning or storage are not considered manufacturing defects. The alteration or servicing of your jewelry by a third party will void our warranty.

CERTIFICATE

We want you to be 100% confident with your purchase. This is why one of our trained gemologists verifies that every single diamond fits with our promise of quality. Each gem is held to a set of standards for cut, color, clarity, and carat - The 4Cs. These are Proud Diamond standards: Cut: Ideal or excellent Color: Colorless or near-colorless Clarity: VS or SI Every diamond of 1 carat and above will come with a free service of grading report provided by the world's leading gem grading labs including the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Please contact us at info@prouddiamond.com to request a certificate for diamonds of less than 1 carat.
