Returns

Proud Diamond offers the option to return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. However, it's important to note that custom-made jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Furthermore, if the item was purchased on sale, it is considered a final sale, and, therefore, no returns or exchanges will be authorized for discounted items.

When you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, meaning it has never been worn, and is accompanied by its original packaging. This condition is essential for processing your return.

Please be aware that presenting your receipt is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

Please take into consideration that the time for receiving the returned or exchanged item may vary depending on your place of residence. We strongly recommend opting for a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. While we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned or exchanged item, please note that all shipments made by Proud Diamond are insured. Therefore, in the event of an incident, rest assured that we will recreate the piece.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that gift cards, custom-made jewelry, as well as items purchased on sale, are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

Refund
Upon receiving your return, our team will conduct an inspection to determine whether it can be authorized. Approval for a return may take up to 7 business days after receiving the package. Subsequently, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your item, as well as the approval or denial of the return. The refund will then be processed; please allow up to 10 business days following the approval of the return for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
